C&H Landscaping is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our fun, close-knit team. This is an incredible opportunity to learn every aspect of the landscape design and sales process while working on some of the Denver area’s most beautiful luxury residential projects.

Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a closely related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Google SketchUp.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous landscape design experience.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside our Senior Designers and be involved in nearly every stage of the design and sales process.
Design Support
- Take detailed and accurate site measurements and perform site analysis.
- Create accurate base maps and site plans.
- Obtain surveys, plot plans, and project information.
- Build high-quality 2D and 3D SketchUp models.
- Assist with construction details, layouts, and drawing packages.
- Prepare presentations and design materials for client meetings.
Plant & Material Selection
- Develop planting plans using Colorado-appropriate plant material.
- Select plants at local nurseries.
- Research and source hardscape materials.
- Pick up and deliver samples to clients and job sites.
- Stay current on new landscape products, materials, and design trends.
Estimating & Sales Support
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals.
- Assemble professional sales presentations.
- Create complete design packages for Senior Designers.
- Assist throughout the sales process and client meetings.
Construction Support
- Visit projects during construction.
- Meet with field crews to review layouts and answer design questions.
- Help ensure projects are installed according to the design.
- Assist Senior Designers with project management from start to finish.

- Is a self-starter who takes initiative and is always looking for ways to help.
- Doesn’t mind getting dirty, lifting heavy material samples, walking job sites, and spending time outdoors.
- Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
