ACCOUNT MANAGER

Professional Skincare Sales + Account Development

DEPARTMENT: Sales + Training

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales + Training

POSITION: Full-time

LOCATION: Onsite Louisville, Colorado

TRAVEL: Up to 40%

COMPENSATION: $65,000 base + commission + bonus

About the Role

Sanitas Skincare is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to grow revenue by securing new, high-value business partnerships and expanding an existing book of professional skincare accounts. You will combine disciplined prospecting and consultative selling with exceptional account care, product training, and business-building support.

Our accounts range from independent esthetics practices to day spas, esthetics schools, medical spas, resorts, multi-location groups, and large franchises. High-value partnerships may include multi-treatment-room or multi-location businesses, resorts, corporate or franchise groups, and other strategically important accounts with meaningful revenue and growth potential.

The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, detail-oriented sales professional with a proven record of prospecting, converting leads, and growing account relationships. You must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and collaborate effectively across teams.

What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy + Revenue Growth

Identify and pursue qualified sales opportunities by analyzing territory and account potential, market fit, and unmet business needs.

Build and manage a healthy prospect pipeline, secure new account openings, and develop high-value partnerships aligned with Sanitas strategy and growth priorities.

Lead professional sales presentations that connect Sanitas products, protocols, training, service-menu opportunities, and business-building tools to each account’s goals.

Close business by navigating objections, articulating Sanitas points of difference, and demonstrating the commercial value of a Sanitas partnership.

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly activity to achieve territory revenue, new-account, retention, and expansion goals.

Proactively expand product assortment, professional treatment use, and retail sell-through within existing accounts.

Account Management + Relationship Development

Build lasting relationships through consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, coaching, and education.

Understand each account’s business model, treatment menu, retail assortment, opportunities, and goals; use that knowledge to develop actionable growth plans.

Support promotions, product launches, account events, tradeshows, and educational trainings to drive adoption and measurable results.

Deliver a high level of account care while maintaining clear priorities across a diverse territory and book of business.

Business Analysis + Operational Excellence

Review account, territory, and category performance to identify risks, opportunities, and actions needed to improve revenue and profitability.

Maintain accurate, timely CRM records for prospects, accounts, opportunities, activity, follow-up, and forecasting.

Monitor industry and competitive activity and share useful account feedback, market intelligence, and product insights with leadership.

Partner with the Director of Sales + Training on forecasting, account strategy, post-sale support, and progress against key initiatives.

Brand Expertise + Professionalism

Serve as a credible Sanitas brand and product expert, training accounts on product features, benefits, points of differentiation, protocols, and selling techniques.

Develop professional networks and represent Sanitas at relevant industry organizations, events, and tradeshows.

Stay current on skincare products, treatments, professional practices, and market trends through ongoing education.

Uphold the company mission and values in every interaction, both inside and outside the business.

Qualifications

Active esthetician license required.

Three or more years of successful outside sales experience; consumer packaged goods experience required and professional skincare or beauty experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead conversion, account development, relationship management, and achieving sales goals.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

Valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to 40%.

Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and common business technology.

Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to communicate the brand professionally.

Strong commercial judgment, organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, work under pressure, and operate effectively with moderate supervision.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and work successfully in a cross-cultural environment.

What Success Looks Like

Territory revenue goals are consistently achieved or exceeded through focused, disciplined sales activity.

New-account development produces measurable, strategically aligned growth, including high-value partnerships.

Existing accounts are retained and expanded through stronger assortments, product adoption, education, and commercial support.

Account relationships reinforce trust in Sanitas and create clear, mutually beneficial growth opportunities.

CRM data, reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting are accurate, timely, and actionable.

Physical Demands

Regularly communicate verbally and listen in meetings, trainings, presentations, and account interactions.

Frequently sit for extended periods and regularly stand and walk, including during events and trainings.

Lift, carry, transfer, and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Travel by car and, as needed, by air to accounts, trainings, tradeshows, and company events.

Compensation + Benefits

Starting compensation: $65,000 base salary, plus commission and bonus opportunity.
