Full Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Lead Telecom AI Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Lead Telecom AI Solutions Architect, you will be part of the technical leadership supporting large-scale telecom transformation programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Telecom AI Solutions Architect

Location:Denver, CO

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance, and incident management domains.
Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, escalation paths, and operational pain points.
Define Agentic AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation, and closed-loop remediation.
Drive operational transformation outcomes including MTTR reduction, alert-noise suppression, faster triage, improved fault isolation, proactive incident prevention, and enhanced customer experience.
Translate network and operations challenges into scalable architectures spanning OSS, service assurance, observability, telemetry, ITSM, knowledge management, and automation platforms.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-driven telecom solutions, especially in NOC/SOC environments.
Strong knowledge of AWS-based architectures and cloud-native platform design.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead customer workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in defining and executing transformation roadmaps and phased implementation strategies.
Ability to mentor technical teams and ensure architecture governance and operational excellence.
