Job Overview

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals, leveraging social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, journalists, and media outlets to maximize outreach and partnership opportunities.
Create engaging content tailored for various social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that reflect brand voice and aesthetic standards.
Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, competitor activities, and audience sentiment to inform strategic decisions.
Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content delivery for maximum engagement.
Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms; prepare reports that highlight ROI and areas for improvement.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer outreach within digital marketing environments.
Strong proficiency with media editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and video editing software.
Expertise in public relations strategies to craft press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and manage relationship management initiatives.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising for targeted campaigns.
Ability to utilize social listening tools and monitor digital marketing performance metrics effectively.
Skilled in content writing with an eye for proofreading to ensure clarity and brand consistency across all communications.
Familiarity with branding principles, e-commerce strategies, photography skills, web analytics tools, keyword research techniques, and digital marketing performance monitoring methods.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with influencers, media contacts, internal teams, and audiences across multiple channels.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
