Full Job Description

Licensed Clinician (LPCC/LCSW) — SUD/MH, Remote Contract

Lifeline Mental Health is a Colorado behavioral health rendering provider organization (RPO), providing clinical oversight and billing infrastructure for a growing network of peer coaching recovery agencies across the state. We're on a mission to make recovery support accessible, human, and effective — and we're expanding our clinical team to match. Position Summary

Lifeline Mental Health is seeking licensed clinicians (LPCC or LCSW) and clinical interns to join our clinical team, providing direct support to individuals in early recovery. This includes biopsychosocial assessments, individual sessions, and service plan development, working closely with our peer coaching network to deliver person-centered care. Whether you're a licensed clinician looking for flexible contract hours, or a graduate student seeking a supervised practicum placement, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive Biopsychosocial (BPS) assessments for new and existing clients
Provide individual, one-on-one clinical/support sessions
Develop, update, and monitor client service plans in collaboration with peer coaches and care team
Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid billing and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements
Coordinate with peer coaches and agency partners to ensure continuity of care
Participate in clinical supervision/consultation (required for interns; available for licensed clinicians as needed)

Qualifications

Licensed Clinicians: Active Colorado license in good standing as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
Clinical Interns: Currently enrolled in a CACREP/CSWE-accredited (or equivalent) graduate counseling or social work program, in good standing to complete practicum/internship hours
Experience or coursework in substance use/behavioral health populations preferred
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently in a multi-agency, contractor-style environment

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Licensed Clinicians) or Unpaid Practicum Placement, Academic Credit (Clinical Interns)
Location: Virtual (Denver Metro area preferred)
Compensation: $70–$90/hr for licensed clinicians, depending on service type. Practicum placements are unpaid for academic credit.

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour
