Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an young tax professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Lanphier LLP is a boutique CPA firm in Denver serving a global base of small to mid-sized clients with complex tax and accounting needs. We provide a unique, modern work environment unlike anything else you will find in public accounting!

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of tax returns, including S Corps (1120-S), C Corps (1120), Partnerships (1065), and Individuals (1040).
Accounting and bookkeeping support for a diverse base of clients, including data entry, reconciliations, account clean up, allocations and adjustments, etc.
Tax research and analysis on varied topics under partner/manager direction.
Tax planning, projections, and strategy for business and individual clients.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Masters in Tax a plus!
CPA Exam eligible (or working towards) preferred
2-4 years of direct tax preparation experience
Independent, self-motivated, ability to keep on task without direct oversight
Excellent time management skills
Open to instruction and constructive criticism
Professionalism; Good written and oral communication skills
Dependable team player
