What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on. You'll keep machines running, stay on pace with production schedules, and pay attention to the details that protect quality.

You communicate well with supervisors, coworkers, and operations staff
You can follow procedures, schedules, and quality standards
You're adaptable and willing to learn new machines, systems, and processes
You keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient
Experience in packaging, printing, food production, manufacturing, or industrial settings is a strong plus
Not a fit if you're unreliable, careless with quality, or looking for a place where effort doesn't matter
