Full Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing accounting statements, reports and performing other general accounting duties as outlined below

Responsible for daily accounting transactions in support of the receivables process
Review, process and post daily cash account activity including lockbox, ACH and wires (incoming and outgoing) to the appropriate general ledger, customer account and Invoices
Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts to keep cash flow on track.
Communicate with clients to resolve billing questions and ensure smooth collections.
Assist with month-end and year-end closings and contribute to special projects across the finance function.
Maintain customer portals
Assists in budgeting and forecasting through use of good spreadsheet controls and version monitoring
Assist with year-end audit schedules
Support Accounting Department by completing administrative tasks
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience with Microsoft Office
Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience desired, but not required
