Full Job Description

Description:

A full service commercial/industrial painting company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily operations at our facility. This is an on-site position working alongside our leadership team. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly through reporting, correspondence, banking, and general administrative support.

This position offers scheduling flexibility. Hours do not need to be full days. Partial-day schedules are welcome, provided the candidate is available during our core working hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

What You Will Do

Prepare and distribute routine operational reports
Manage incoming mail and correspondence
Conduct bank runs and handle basic financial transactions
Perform general office administrative tasks
Provide day-to-day operational support to the leadership team

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For

Required:

At least 2 years of college coursework; Associate's degree or higher preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Dependable, professional, and comfortable in a small office environment

Preferred:

Prior experience in a construction, trades, or contractor environment
Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounts payable and receivable processes

Schedule and Compensation

Hours: 20 to 24 hours per week; partial-day schedules are accommodated
Availability required: Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM
Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience
Location: On-site only
