As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present custom bath solutions that fit their needs and vision. This is a high-energy outside sales role where you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver an engaging, consultative sales experience.
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential—top performers earn $150,000+ annually.

Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based system

Design customized bath solutions using easy-to-use digital tools

Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through product selections

Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently

Participate in weekly sales training to enhance performance and skills

Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement/remodeling a plus)
