JOB DESCRIPTION

House Manager (Full-Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Sunday – Thursday

Position Summary

The House Manager serves as the primary point of contact for residents across their assigned houses. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of each home and for maintaining accountability, structure, and a positive recovery environment across multiple locations.

House Managers are expected to practice self-care and maintain a support network outside of Kingdom Living, and to serve as an example that helps guide residents toward long-term recovery and stability. All House Managers must maintain appropriate boundaries in accordance with the NARR Code of Conduct, including maintaining an alcohol- and drug-free workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

Welcome packet
UA (urinalysis)
Confirm client is on program required apps
Voucher process
Ensure client has basic needs
Arrange transportation from Rise to assigned house

Recurring Duties

Weekly house meeting at each assigned house
House check of all rooms, whole house, at each location
Stop in to each house at least twice weekly (not including Sunday house meeting)
Monitor communication channels for all assigned houses
Confirm resident account balances are within guidelines (cashless payment system)
Report maintenance issues
Be an example and set the tone for each house
Escalate any problems to director
Call sponsors of residents monthly
Perform 2 UA's weekly per house (randomly)

Successful Program Completion

Have client fill out move-out request
Ensure change-of-address form is completed
Confirm room is cleaned out and all items removed within 48 hours

Unsuccessful Program Completion

Review notes and add any necessary information
Confirm room is cleaned out and all items removed within 48 hours
Refresh white board

Meeting Attendance

Attend the following:

◦ Management meetings

◦ Sunday morning house meetings

◦ Graduations

◦ All house meetings

◦ Kingdom Living events

Employment Terms

Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Must have valid driver’s license and transportation
Can not be on probation or parole
Must pass a back round check
Minimum 1 year recovery date
Complete N.A.R.R Code of Conduct and Standards training(provided)
Complete Recovery coach training (provided)
Continuation in this role is contingent on fulfilling the responsibilities listed above and meeting program expectations

Pay: $18.00 per hour
