Full Job Description

Overview

Bow & Arrow is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for relationships, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration, this is a great opportunity for you! Successful candidates will be extremely self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and dedicated to their team and clients. They will be flexible to manage many types and sizes of programs with different client personalities. They will also have the ability to work independently while adopting budgeting, contracting, planning, and financial processes. The position has growth potential to advance to Sr. Project Manager level. Duties

Pre-event planning:
Partner closely with the Event Producer throughout the event lifecycle, providing project management support across all phases of planning.
Collaborate with clients to define event scopes, timelines & milestones
Plan and conduct site inspections/planning trips with clients and other team members
Work with the internal team to develop and maintain project budgets and timline based upon client needs
Act as a venue & vendor liaison
Manage and develop internal schedules, workflows and processes
Ensure the event team meets deadlines and takes a proactive approach for our clients
On-site project management:
Oversee all logistical aspects of the program, ensuring schedules and responsibilities stay on track
Support the Event producer and the running crew in delivering the program
Travel 5-10 days per month (on average, actual travel varies based on client requirements)
Act as a client contact on-site, responsible for providing thoughtful, excellent service
Post-Event Management:
Financial accountability to include budget management and program reconciliation
Schedule and conduct team debrief meetings to align with overall event and company initiatives

Experience

Proven experience in event industry project management
4+ years of meeting or event planning experience
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
A team-oriented professional who brings the Bow & Arrow values to life, delivering outstanding client experiences and fostering trusted partnerships
