Experience:

5 years of management experience preferred
Expert time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
Proven ability to manage budgets, proactively solve problems, and motivate a team to outstanding performance
Yardi experience preferred
Experience with LIHTC and PBRA/HUD is preferred.
