Pay Rate: $18.78 per hour (1-year Contract)

Support hours fall between 7am - 6pm CST, Monday - Friday and 8am - 12pm CST, Saturday. Schedule may include occasional holidays and overtime. AFTER training, Candidates must be available to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am-6pm.

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative - Customer Support? You’ll be:

Providing advanced product/service information and responding to complex customer inquiries to optimize satisfaction and retention
Recording and processing custom/special orders, coordinating with relevant teams for delivery as needed
Handling escalated customer issues and providing managerial approvals as required
Making outbound calls to allocated customers to build relationships and support business development
Acting as the first point of contact to resolve customer queries and complaints
Accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM system and scheduling follow-up actions
Collecting detailed client requirements through interviews and consultations
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes
Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Possess post-secondary non-tertiary education
Have 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Are comfortable working with digital communication tools and CRM systems
Can provide exceptional service to encourage customer loyalty
Are adaptable and willing to work any 8-hour shift within the specified support hours, including occasional holidays and overtime
Display a customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving abilities
Are motivated to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing learning
