This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.

What we’re looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a Client Support Representative to join our client support team. In this role, you will answer calls from clients and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What shifts are available:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm

What you'll do:

Take incoming calls from financial institutions with a focus on issue resolution.
Maintain adherence to phone schedule to ensure adequate phone coverage for client support.
Partner and collaborate with peers and business partners, as needed.
Participate in team and department planning meetings.

What you need:

1+ year of call center experience. Prior banking or financial services experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under the pressure of high expectations and deadlines.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
