Job Description:
We are seeking a Midlevel Python Developer to design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable Python code
You will take ownership of specific backend components collaborate across teams and help scale our core systems
This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal oversight while contributing to architectural discussions
Key Responsibilities
Develop Core Logic
Write clean maintainable and efficient Python code for backend services
Build APIs Design and implement robust secure RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints
Manage Data Integrate data storage solutions including relational databases NoSQL and caching layers
Optimize Performance Identify bottlenecks debug production issues and optimize code for speed and scalability
Collaborate Partner with frontend developers to integrate user facing elements with server side logic Test Code Review
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests and participate in team peer reviews
Required Skills Qualifications
Experience 3 to 5 years of professional backend software development experience
Core Python Deep understanding of Python syntax object-oriented programming and multithread process paradigms Frameworks
Strong proficiency in at least one major Python web framework eg Django Flask FastAPI Databases
Solid experience with SQL PostgreSQL MySQL and ORMs like SQL Alchemy or Django ORM Tools DevOps Familiarity with Git version control Docker containers and CICD pipelines
Cloud Platforms Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS GCP or Azure
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with asynchronous programming Asyncio Celery
Familiarity with microservices architecture and message brokers RabbitMQ Kafka
Basic understanding of frontend technologies like React Vue or Angular

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $83,912.00 to $128,080.00 per year
