Full Job Description

Job Overview

As our Student Success Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current families. You'll help parents understand our tutoring programs, recommend the right services, match students with tutors, and guide families through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages from prospective and current families.
Learn each student's academic goals and recommend appropriate tutoring or test preparation services.
Build strong relationships with families by providing exceptional customer support.
Follow up with inquiries and maintain ongoing appropriate communication throughout a student's tutoring journey.
Help families understand how tutoring fits into their student's academic and college goals.
Track leads and follow-ups using our CRM
Assist with office organization and daily operations
Stay informed on changes in standardized testing and college admissions trends.

Qualifications

Has previous experience in customer service, education, tutoring, admissions, or academic advising.
Understands K–12 education and tutoring services.
Has knowledge of ACT/SAT test preparation and college readiness.
Is comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and financial commitments with families.
Is confident in making recommendations that best serve each student's needs.
Is highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and schedules simultaneously.
Possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Is warm, professional, and empathetic with parents and students.
Is a self-starter who takes initiative without constant supervision.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
