Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with expertise or a strong interest in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
The ideal candidate is confident performing aesthetic procedures, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and has experience evaluating and treating patients for hormone optimization, including interpreting laboratory results and developing personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injections including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers (RHA, Versa, Restylane, Juvederm, etc.), Skinvive, Sculptra, and Radiesse
- Perform laser procedures including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, IPL, vascular and pigmentation treatments (experience with Lutronic, Alma, or Cynosure devices is a plus)
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patients for hormone replacement therapy and wellness optimization
- Review laboratory results and create personalized HRT treatment plans for both men and women
- Monitor patient progress and adjust hormone protocols as clinically appropriate
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, and regenerative therapies
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in community events, educational seminars, and practice marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Experience with cosmetic injectables preferred
- Experience with laser devices preferred (or willingness to complete advanced training)
- Experience managing hormone replacement therapy patients preferred
- Comfortable interpreting hormone laboratory panels and developing treatment plans
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Passion for helping patients improve both their appearance and overall health
