Full Job Description

Lead a Winning Sales Team

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive continued growth at our boat dealership. This leadership role is responsible for coaching and developing sales consultants, managing daily sales operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the first visit through delivery.

Locations (Could work at both locations for training purposes)

· Fort Walton Beach (Apply at)

· Panama City Beach (Hiring for)

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the dealership sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales consultants.
Manage daily sales operations, customer follow-up, and lead distribution.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to maximize individual and team success.
Ensure every customer receives a professional and exceptional buying experience.
Work closely with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Maintain strong knowledge of current boat models, manufacturers, financing options, and industry trends.
Assist with inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising.
Maintain the lot for appearance.
Participate in dealership events, boat shows, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

Qualifications

Previous sales management experience required (marine, automotive, RV, or powersports preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Experience managing CRM systems and sales reporting.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license required.
Boating knowledge is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
