Real Estate Listing Specialist - Training & Mentorship Available (No Experience Required)

If you’re ready to build your real estate career around one of the most valuable skills in the business, this opportunity gives you the chance to learn how to become a successful Listing Specialist.

You’ll learn how to work with homeowners, build seller relationships, conduct listing consultations, discuss pricing strategies, and position properties effectively for the market. From the initial conversation through closing, you’ll develop the skills and confidence needed to guide sellers through the entire process professionally.

No prior listing experience is required. With hands-on mentorship, proven systems, and dedicated marketing support, you’ll have the structure needed to learn the listing side of the business and begin building a consistent pipeline. Instead of trying to figure everything out alone, you’ll be surrounded by a team focused on helping you develop your skills and increase your production over time.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who communicates well, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated to learn. The people who succeed here are coachable, consistent, and willing to put in the daily effort required to build momentum and create long-term success in real estate.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $175,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity, with income tied to individual activity, production, and results.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
Conduct comprehensive listing consultations to guide sellers through the process with confidence.
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to position properties competitively in the market.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings that attract potential buyers.
Manage the entire listing process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance overall performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
Familiarity with real estate market trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to advise clients accurately.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate with marketing teams and manage property listings effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with a coachable mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance performance and satisfaction.
