Body Shop Estimator – OEM Certified Collision Center
We are looking for a customer-focused, hardworking, and dependable Body Shop Estimator who wants to build a long-term career with a growing OEM-certified collision center in Metro Detroit.

As a growing OEM-certified collision center, we are seeking a Body Shop Estimator who is professional, team-oriented, customer service driven, and ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and verify customer/vehicle information
- Inspect damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Write estimates for customers and insurance companies
- Communicate with insurance partners and obtain approvals
- Collect customer pay or insurance pay upon delivery
- Close open repair orders with urgency and accuracy
- Guide customers through the repair process
- Work closely with technicians, parts, and management
- Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of body shop estimating or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of body shop estimating and insurance procedures
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience with CCC, Mitchell, and Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
- I-CAR certification is a plus
