Body Shop Estimator – OEM Certified Collision Center

We are looking for a customer-focused, hardworking, and dependable Body Shop Estimator who wants to build a long-term career with a growing OEM-certified collision center in Metro Detroit.

At Page Automotive Group, we have proudly served Metro Detroit for 56 years. We are a family-owned business that believes customers are like family, and we are looking for people who share that mindset.

As a growing OEM-certified collision center, we are seeking a Body Shop Estimator who is professional, team-oriented, customer service driven, and ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and verify customer/vehicle information
Inspect damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
Write estimates for customers and insurance companies
Communicate with insurance partners and obtain approvals
Collect customer pay or insurance pay upon delivery
Close open repair orders with urgency and accuracy
Guide customers through the repair process
Work closely with technicians, parts, and management
Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

2+ years of body shop estimating or related experience preferred
Knowledge of body shop estimating and insurance procedures
Strong communication and people skills
Experience with CCC, Mitchell, and Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
I-CAR certification is a plus
