Full Job Description

The Role

Are you an experienced surveillance investigator who understands what it takes to make a field investigation successful, but is ready to take the next step into case management and operations?

As a Surveillance Coordinator, you'll manage a high-volume caseload of surveillance investigations conducted throughout the country. You'll use your understanding of field surveillance to select and dispatch investigators, develop case strategy, negotiate with investigative professionals, monitor ongoing assignments, review results, and communicate directly with clients.

This is an office-based investigative management position designed for someone who understands surveillance from the field level but also has the organization, communication skills, and judgment necessary to manage 40–50 active investigations at a time.

What You Will Do

Surveillance Operations

Coordinate a high volume of active surveillance investigations.
Assist with assigning the right investigator based on case needs, location, timing, and availability.
Help develop surveillance strategies based on case facts and client objectives.
Monitor assignments to ensure investigations remain on schedule and within approved budgets.
Identify and resolve scheduling, coverage, and operational issues.

Case Management

Maintain frequent communication with investigators.
Review daily surveillance reports and video submissions.
Monitor case progress and adjust strategy as needed.
Track deadlines, client requests, budgets, and case-specific instructions.
Maintain organized case documentation from assignment through final reporting.

Client Relations

Provide proactive case updates to clients.
Discuss surveillance status, strategy, and recommendations.
Prepare case summaries and status reports.
Help manage client expectations throughout the investigation.
Communicate professionally with attorneys, claims professionals, and other clients.

Quality Assurance

Review investigative reports for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
Ensure video evidence meets company standards.
Confirm deliverables comply with client requirements.
Help ensure final reports are complete, organized, and ready for client delivery.

They are organized, decisive, and comfortable balancing many moving pieces at once. They understand that successful surveillance is not just about what happens in the field. It is also about keeping investigators, clients, deadlines, budgets, reports, and evidence moving efficiently.
