Full Job Description

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom residential construction projects from start to finish. We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and change orders.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
Communicate project progress with homeowners, architects, designers, and company leadership.
Review plans, specifications, permits, and contracts.
Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery.
Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget.
Ensure all work meets company standards, local building codes, and customer expectations.
Complete project documentation and close-out procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of residential construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of custom home construction methods and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Experience with project scheduling and budgeting software is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
