Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Health Account Executive to join our expanding team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners to promote our home health services. Your energetic approach will help drive business growth, expand our client base, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced healthcare environment while making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other healthcare organizations within assigned territories.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our home health solutions, emphasizing their benefits and technical features to prospective clients.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular communication, personalized service, and tailored solutions.
Lead negotiations to close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Manage a designated territory by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client accounts, and expanding service reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product offerings, address client needs, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress while analyzing data to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or field sales roles within the medical or pharmaceutical equipment industry; medical sales experience is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in B2B environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and foster lasting client relationships.
Technical sales experience involving scientific or medical equipment demonstrations and product explanations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities.
Demonstrated ability to manage a territory effectively through strategic planning and organizational skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device markets, with experience in enterprise selling being advantageous.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales approaches.
