The Regional General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and people performance of multiple business locations. This role provides strategic leadership across daily operations while ensuring customer satisfaction, team engagement, financial accountability, and continuous improvement.

This role will:

Provide overall leadership for a portfolio of locations, ensuring operational consistency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Drive business results by managing revenue, expenses, budgets, and profitability while identifying opportunities for continued growth.
Build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams through coaching, mentorship, performance management, and succession planning.
Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence across all assigned locations.
Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies that improve business outcomes.
Lead regular business reviews with location leadership to evaluate priorities, staffing, operational performance, and business objectives.
Recruit, onboard, and develop talented leaders while supporting employee engagement and long-term retention.
Resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism while promoting exceptional service standards throughout the organization.
Ensure operational processes, inventory controls, purchasing activities, and vendor relationships are managed efficiently and within established budgets.
Partner with cross-functional departments to support organizational initiatives, process improvements, and business growth strategies.
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and implementing best practices across the portfolio.
Foster strong relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Serve as the primary business leader responsible for achieving operational excellence across the assigned market.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional leadership experience.
Minimum of five years of progressive management experience leading multiple business functions or locations.
Demonstrated success managing operational performance, financial results, and customer experience initiatives.
Experience developing, coaching, and leading high-performing management teams.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, expenses, and profit-and-loss performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while making sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience building collaborative relationships with internal departments, vendors, and business partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting systems.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between assigned locations as needed.
Flexibility to support business operations during evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
