FlexTrades is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on support in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLC, and controls systems while mentoring and guiding Maintenance Technicians.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting skills and be able to diagnose and repair equipment issues independently.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic presses, robotic waterjet systems, bonding/adhesive equipment, and automated manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnose equipment issues using both hands-on troubleshooting techniques and PLC diagnostics.
- Provide direction, training, and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate daily maintenance priorities and adjust activities as production needs change.
- Document maintenance activities within the CMMS system.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience troubleshooting production manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor and train others.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working with 480V three-phase electrical systems.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $45/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
