Full Job Description

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - CNC Machines

Location: Detroit Lakes, MN
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000/year Benefits: 3% 401 (k); everything else is stardard, health, pto, etc.

The strongest candidates should have hands-on repair experience plus electrical/HMI/computer troubleshooting.

Key Must-Haves

5+ years industrial maintenance; 10+ years is acceptable.
Hands-on troubleshooting/repair of CNC machinery.
Experience with press brakes, laser cutting machines, metal-forming equipment, grinders, or similar fabrication equipment.
Strong mechanical + electrical troubleshooting.
Able to troubleshoot HMI, controls, computer/screen issues, and machine electronics.
Able to read machine manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Comfortable communicating with OEM machine vendors/technical support.
CNC lathe/mill knowledge and basic CNC programming are valuable.
Precision measurement: calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments.
Must be a fix-it technician, not primarily a machine operator.
