Full Job Description

International Outdoor, one of the regions largest billboard advertising agencies seeks a National and Local Sales support Specialist team member to be a vital part of our organization, playing a key role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Candidate should have the ability to identify prospects for the sale of billboard advertising, follow up with details with decision-makers and assist in making the sale. The ideal candidate should:

Uncover clients needs and develop creative solutions to their marketing challenges
you will be trained in successful selling through cold calls, warm calls and presentations
Handle objections and turn a "no" into a "yes"
Confident and self motivated enough to work
Seeks a motivated and aggressive professional to work in developing Sales through methods that the management will train you on.
Meet and exceed all sales goals and revenue targets from management
Effectively present client products to potential advertisers
Cold call prospects
Organize a working lead list
Identify media targets
Develop and build good client relationships

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the national and local sales managers, including data entry, scheduling appointments, preparing sales proposals, maintaining client files, following up on directions from Local Sales Manager (LSM), the COO or CEO.
Assist the national manager, local sales manager and COO in creating and preparing sales presentations, proposals and other work as designated by the management.
Work with the production team to coordinate the posting/installation of billboards and ensure that deadlines are met
Provide excellent customer service to clients by answering their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
Conduct market research to gather information about potential clients and sales opportunities
Keep track of sales metrics and assist in generating sales reports for management
Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as the creative team and accounting department, to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns
Clerical and administrative duties, scheduling, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing of business preferred
1-2 years of experience in a sales support role a plus, preferably in the advertising or media industry or administrative assistance role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent computer, communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
