POSITION: Nurse Administrator
LOCATION: Devils Lake, ND

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: This is a full-time, 12-month, tenure-track position.

JOB SUMMARY: Lake Region State College is seeking applications for a full-time Nursing Coordinator/Director and faculty member for the Dakota Nursing Program.
The Nurse Administrator provides leadership for the nursing program at the Lake Region State College site and serves as the primary liaison between the college and the Dakota Nursing Program. This position is responsible for coordinating program operations, supporting accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts, collaborating with faculty and clinical partners, assisting with student recruitment and retention initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing education.
In addition to administrative and coordination responsibilities, the successful candidate will teach nursing courses in classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical settings. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating student learning experiences; advising and mentoring students; participating in curriculum development and assessment activities; and contributing to program, college, and community service initiatives.
Minimum Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure in North Dakota. Minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and technology skills.
Preferred Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing preferred. Experience teaching in nursing education; experience with curriculum development, accreditation, assessment, or program coordination; and experience working with simulation, clinical partnerships, and student advising.

SALARY: Based on Faculty Salary Schedule and experience
