A respected, employee-owned manufacturing company in the Quad Cities area is seeking a Vice President who will work directly alongside the current President as part of a planned succession strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to:

✅ Help shape the future direction of the company
✅ Work closely with a long-tenured President during the transition
✅ Ultimately step into the President role
They're not looking for someone who wants to stay behind a spreadsheet.

They're looking for a business leader who:

Understands finance and accounting
Enjoys solving problems
Builds relationships naturally
Can lead people through change
Wants ownership-level responsibility

The company is employee-owned (ESOP), has approximately 50 employees, and has a strong history of promoting leaders who earn trust and respect throughout the organization.
This isn't a Controller role with a bigger title.
It's an opportunity to learn how to lead an entire business and eventually take the top seat.
 Quad Cities Area

Demonstrated executive leadership experience within manufacturing or a related business environment.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting with the ability to translate numbers into business strategy.
Proven ability to oversee multiple functional areas, including operations, planning, and people leadership.
Effective problem-solving skills with sound judgment in complex business situations.
Strong relationship-building abilities with employees, customers, financial partners, and leadership teams.
Experience leading teams through change while maintaining engagement and trust.
Interest in taking on ownership-level responsibility and progressing into a top executive leadership role.
