As our General Surgery Physician you will, lead and innovate surgical care within Dickinson, North Dakota, serving as a pillar of our medical community and shaping surgical offerings for a vast service area. We are offering a generous base salary, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance, in addition to additional productivity and performance incentives for those who meet the eligibility requirements.

Opportunity Details:

Generous compensation $517,270
Quality and Productivity bonus eligibility
Paid relocation up to $15,000
Starting loan up to 10% of base salary
Schedule: 3 Clinic Days; 2 Operating Room Days
Call: 1 in 3
EMR: Allscripts-clinic; Meditech-hospital
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer

Job Requirements

Required

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery
Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
Strong clinical skills with experience in General Surgery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to women and families
