Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator with a strong history of closing $100,000+ in surgical revenue per month.
This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment, understands the elective surgery patient journey, and consistently delivers both patient satisfaction and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire surgical sales process — inquiry, follow-up, consultation coordination, quote presentation, financial arrangements, scheduling, and post-operative follow-up.
- Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level patient experience while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Confidently present and close high-value surgical cases ($10K–$50K+) with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with our board-certified surgeon, patient care coordinators, OR staff and non-surgical team to ensure a seamless patient journey and efficient handoffs.
- Track and report KPIs (consultations, conversions, follow-ups, and collected revenue).
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/CRM systems (our proprietary software, Ad Vital).
- Educate patients about procedures, financing, and surgical timelines, ensuring informed decisions and patient trust.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recent experience as a Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery Coordinator in a high-volume aesthetic practice (required).
- Proven ability to close $100,000+ in surgical revenue monthly with consult-to-surgery conversion 60%.
- Strong knowledge of plastic surgery procedures for face, breast, and body.
- Exceptional communication, sales, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Experience managing patient financing (Cherry, CareCredit, PatientFi, Alphaeon, etc.).
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
- Professional appearance, composure, and confidence consistent with a luxury brand.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship building.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Understanding of non-surgical treatments and ability to identify surgical candidates from medspa leads.
- Familiarity with EMR/CRM software for tracking and reporting.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Full-time: The position offers a base salary of $50,000, with a commission and bonus structure that allows candidates to earn $65,000 to $125,000 annually.

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Full-time position: (5 days a week): 8am-5pm on Clinic Days (M - F)
