Position Summary
The Realtor Partner 1 (RP1) Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Team Lead/Realtor. This role is responsible for managing schedules, communications, documentation, and daily priorities to ensure the Team Lead operates efficiently. The Executive Assistant serves as a key point of coordination between the team, clients, agents, lenders, and business partners while supporting special projects and maintaining organized workflows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Manage inbound and outbound calls for the Team Lead.
● Oversee and maintain the Team Lead's email inbox and calendar.
● Manage daily task lists and ensure priorities are completed on schedule.
● Plan, schedule, confirm, and update appointments with clients, agents, lenders, vendors, and business partners.
● Serve as a liaison between the Team Lead, team members, clients, lenders, agents, and business partners.
● Prepare, organize, maintain, and distribute team documentation and correspondence.
● Schedule and coordinate one-on-one meetings with team members.
● Assist with CORE Coaching homework submissions and provide administrative support for CORE Coaching members.
● Ensure emails, memos, and phone messages are received, prioritized, and distributed promptly.
● Assist with the preparation of reports, forms, contracts, and other real estate-related paperwork.
● Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
● Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned.
● Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as needed to support the team. Qualifications

● Active Real Estate License is preferred but not required.

● Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience.
● Experience in real estate or a fast-paced professional office environment is preferred. Classification

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
