Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED)
Prior experience in a captive agency environment Allstate preferred
Proven sales performance must be verifiable
Proven and minimum 1 year successful Remote Work Experience (REQUIRED)
Strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a positive attitude
Self-disciplined and dependable
Eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team environment

Responsibilities

Drive new business production to meet or exceed monthly goals
Follow our proven sales process to close new business
Call qualified warm leads daily to generate quotes and close sales
Recommend personalized insurance solutions tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
