We're seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to deliver high-quality care within the community, promoting independence and reducing crisis situations. RHA's Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT ) offers a full range of support services to people with serious behavioral health needs. ACTT promotes rehabilitation and independence by teaching people coping skills needed to live in their own communities safely and productively, engaging them in normal daily routines and healthy social interactions. People receiving ACTT services often experience significant reductions in crisis situations such as homelessness, incarceration, or repeated hospitalizations.

Compensation:

Salary Range : $80,000
Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 for full-time employees, paid in three increments: a. $400 after 3 months b. $800 after 6 months c. $800 after 12 months

Job Responsibilities

Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan, which is a component of all person centered plans
Participating as member of interdisciplinary team, attending community support plan meetings, developing plans as requested
Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications

Requirements:

Active RN license. Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
Prefer one year of nursing experience.
Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
Valid drivers license (this is a condition of employment) including personal vehicle insurance coverage.
Must maintain proficiency in company sponsored training and certifications and privileging if required.

Required Working Conditions

You will work in both an office and residential (home) and community setting, with varying degrees of background noise.

Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
