Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Thursday (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Front Desk Coordinator

An Active, On-Your-Feet Environment: This is a dynamic, active role (expect 7,000+ steps a day!). You’ll be on your feet managing a busy lobby, greeting patients, and keeping clinic traffic flowing on time.

Reliable & Long-Term Minded: We are looking for candidates with a track record of steady employment who want to plant roots with a supportive team for the long haul.
Background: 2+ years of experience in fast-paced customer service, retail, food/beverage, hospitality, or medical front desk work.
Punctual and reliable: You are always early and understand that you have team members depending on you to show up for work. This is a deal breaker for us as we expect everyone to pull their own weight.
High Attention to Detail: You take pride in thoroughness, follow multi-step processes, and keep patient records complete without letting details slip through the cracks.
Spanish-speaking is a wonderful bonus

THE 4 SCREENING QUESTIONS

Part of our hiring process, ongoing training, and day-to-day operations involves standing up, facilitating small group discussions, speaking directly in front of groups of patients or peers, and recording occasional videos for social media or patient orientation. Tell us about a time you had to present, lead a demonstration, or speak in front of a group at work or school. How did you prepare, how did you handle any nerves, and how comfortable are you doing this regularly?
Describe a time at work when you had to enforce an uncomfortable company policy (like a late fee, cancellation rule, or collecting money) with an upset or pushy customer. How did you stay warm and professional while remaining firm on the rule?
Our front desk relies heavily on multi-step workflows (intake forms, schedules, payments). Tell us about a time you caught a subtle detail or error at work that others missed. What was your process for making sure it was resolved correctly?

Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00/hour starting + performance-based bonus potential after probation.

Physical Requirements: This is an active role that involves regular standing, walking, talking, typing, squatting, and moving about the front office area.
