Full Job Description

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

We Offer:

Compensation: Listed pay of $30 to $45 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.
Cash Incentives: Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
Help members set and achieve goals
Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. You can work on attaining these outside of work hours if we choose to hire you.
We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.
