SUMMARY
The Senior Full Stack Developer & Digital Solutions Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining the technology systems that support Tamarack Resort's operations, guest experience, marketing, sales, hospitality, club operations, and real estate business.
This role extends beyond website management and includes custom application development, API integrations, data architecture, AI implementation, reporting systems, automation, and digital strategy.
The successful candidate will serve as Tamarack's internal technology innovator, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, enhance guest experience, and drive revenue through technology.

Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications
- Build internal operational tools and dashboards
- Develop front-end and back-end applications
- Create mobile-responsive user interfaces
- Manage application security and performance
- Develop scalable solutions to support resort growth
Systems Integration
Develop and maintain integration between:
- Resort management systems
- Lodging and booking platforms
- CRM systems
- Real estate sales platforms
- Club membership systems
- Point-of-sale systems
- Golf operations software
- Marina reservation systems
- Lift ticketing and access systems
- Accounting and finance platforms
- Marketing automation platforms
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain executive dashboards
- Develop automated reporting systems
- Create data pipelines between platforms
- Improve business intelligence capabilities
- Support forecasting and operational analytics
- Establish centralized data management practices
Automation & AI
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows
- Develop AI-assisted operational tools
- Implement customer service automation where appropriate
- Create internal productivity tools
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Website & Digital Experience Oversight
- Oversee Tamarack's public-facing websites
- Improve user experience and conversion rates
- Optimize booking and sales funnels
- Support digital marketing initiatives
- Ensure SEO best practices are maintained
Strategic Technology Leadership
- Recommend technology investments and priorities
- Work directly with executive leadership on digital initiatives
- Manage relationships with software vendors and consultants
- Evaluate build-versus-buy opportunities
- Support future technology projects across all departments
QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong experience with:

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Requires possession of valid Driver License with a driving record meeting the minimum standards required by the resort insurance carrier. Must have own reliable mode of transportation.
