About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, humble, and service-oriented Private Family Chef & Household Assistant to support a busy family in maintaining a healthy, organized, and welcoming home.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about preparing nutritious, delicious, and gluten-free meals, while also providing thoughtful household support. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, highly organized, and naturally looks for ways to make life easier for others.

Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary & Meal Preparation
- Prepare fresh, healthy, flavorful, gluten-free family dinners throughout the week.
- Prepare meals, snacks, and ready-to-enjoy options for weekends.
- Ensure all meals are prepared in accordance with gluten-free standards and family dietary preferences.
- Introduce creative meal ideas while maintaining high nutritional quality.
- Learn and utilize the Thermomix for meal preparation and food organization.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
Grocery Shopping & Kitchen Management
- Grocery shop and source high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain food inventory and ensure the kitchen is consistently stocked.
- Organize and maintain the pantry, refrigerator, freezer, and food storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish household staples.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully functional.
Household Support
- Run household errands and assist with day-to-day family needs.
- Clean up after meal preparation and dinner service.
- Provide light household support related to maintaining an organized home.
- Anticipate needs and proactively contribute to the smooth operation of the household.
Qualifications
- Experience cooking for a family, private household, or professional culinary environment.
- Experience preparing gluten-free meals and accommodating dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Passion for healthy, high-quality cooking using fresh ingredients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Comfortable learning new recipes, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Professional, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
