Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, managing a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, organize, and coordinate the activities of staff, including drywall installers, plaster, and painters, and various sub-contractors in our crew.

- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge, and rectify current employees inaccuracy on existing policies.

- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction and due dates

- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members

- Maintain basic material levels and oversee stock replenishment

- Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner,

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for achieving project due dates.

- Conduct regular meetings with management to communicate goals, expectations, and updates or complaints

Requirements:

- Bilingual. English and Spanish to communicate with existing crew

- Good character.

- Previous experience in Construction or related field

- Proven track record in team management

- Strong mathematical skills for measuring and keep materials needed on the daily stocked and organized

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. We do have several projects going on at the same time.

- Knowledge of constructions principles and practices

- Leadership qualities with the ability to keep teams engaged, motivated and inspired

- Proficient in using computer systems for emailing, prepering schedules for projects, Microsoft Word, Excel, ease with navigating websites to ordering materials at best cost
