Job Title: Command Center Dispatcher – Hard Rock Stadium

Pay: $25.50 / hr

Summary:

As an Command Center Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation by ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming radio and phone communications between field units, supervisors, and law enforcement during gameday events.
Dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents, customer concerns, or operational issues with accuracy and urgency.
Maintain real-time records of calls, incidents, and unit locations through dispatch logs and incident management software.
Serve as the central point of communication during emergencies or high-stress scenarios, ensuring coordination with medical, law enforcement, and internal teams.
Monitor surveillance feeds and radio traffic for operational awareness.
Follow protocol and procedures for escalating incidents and ensuring accurate reporting to leadership.
Support post-event review by preparing summary reports or incident overviews.
Assist with any other duties as assigned by command leadership to ensure a seamless event.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Florida Class D Security License.
Minimum 3 years of professional dispatching experience, preferably in event, law enforcement, or public safety environments.
Prior experience with emergency communication systems, incident command structure, or law enforcement radio codes is a plus.
Ability to stay calm and communicate effectively under pressure.
Strong multitasking, data entry, and listening skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or public safety training preferred.
Must be able to work long hours on gamedays, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
Familiarity with radio dispatch software, CAD systems, or incident tracking platforms is advantageous.
