Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent with 5–10 years of experience in interior retail, office, or restaurant buildouts. The Field Superintendent will lead construction projects onsite from inception to completion. This role involves overseeing daily site operations, managing subcontractors, coordinating with clients, vendors, and landlords, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules. ]The ideal candidate possesses a understanding of construction management, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As our onsite representative, you will be the face of the company and drive project success from the initial client kickoff meeting until the final punch list item is closed out.

Responsibilities

Lead Crews: Supervise construction crews onsite to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Interpret Drawings: Must be able to read and interpret construction and shop drawings to guide subcontractors and ensure exact compliance.
Manage People: Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project deadlines are meet.
Enforce Safety: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and job site safety protocols at all times.
Coordinate Stakeholders: Manage client vendors, landlord requirements, client expectations to assure overall workflow of the project and overall project success.
Lead project startups: Coordinate DOB inspections, landlord meetings, and client meetings as needed.
Communicate Clearly: Ability to providel verbal and written updates to the office, clients, architects, engineers, and landlords.

Requirements

Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience supervising interior retail, office, or restaurant buildouts.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Project, scheduling tools, and Procore software.
Safety Mindset: Deep familiarity with OSHA standards and a strong commitment to enforcing job site safety.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, drawing reviews, schedule coordination, and crew supervision.
Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel within the state of Florida for extended periods. Housing and per diem are provided.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
