Full Job Description

Curvy Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Bilingual Plastic / Cosmetic Surgeon to join our growing team in Miami as an Independent Contractor.

We are looking for a highly skilled, patient-focused surgeon with strong experience in cosmetic and body contouring procedures who can deliver exceptional results while providing a high-end patient experience. At Curvy Plastic Surgery, we combine surgical expertise with a warm, boutique approach to patient care. Our practice specializes in aesthetic procedures including BBL, liposuction, tummy tuck, breast procedures, rhinoplasty, facelifts, and more.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has a strong surgical background in cosmetic procedures, and is committed to excellence, safety, and outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Perform cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures with precision and excellence
Conduct patient consultations and evaluations
Develop customized surgical treatment plans based on patient goals
Provide thorough pre-operative and post-operative care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and surgical quality
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Build trust and strong relationships with a diverse patient base

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Plastic Surgeon or Cosmetic Surgeon
Valid medical license in the State of Florida
Board-certified or board-eligible preferred
Extensive experience in aesthetic and cosmetic surgical procedures
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume cosmetic practice

Compensation:

$1,000,000 – $1,200,000 per year
Independent Contractor position
