Position Summary
Our Front of House Team Members bring the Bazaar Meat experience to life through polished hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, strong product knowledge, and seamless teamwork.
Whether welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, crafting beverages, delivering dishes, or supporting the flow of service, every position contributes to the overall guest experience.
Fine dining experience is strongly preferred for our Front of House team. We are looking for individuals who understand elevated service standards while remaining warm, genuine, and approachable. Candidates should be eager to learn, receptive to coaching, passionate about hospitality, and committed to contributing positively to the team.
Role-Specific ResponsibilitiesServers
- Deliver polished, attentive, and personalized service throughout the guest experience.
- Confidently guide guests through the food and beverage menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of ingredients, preparation techniques, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Accurately communicate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
- Maintain exceptional table awareness, pacing, and attention to detail throughout service.
Hosts
- Create a polished, warm, and welcoming first and last impression for every guest.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, seating, and guest flow with professionalism and precision.
- Recognize VIPs, special occasions, and guest preferences when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with Servers and leadership regarding table status and guest needs.
- Maintain a composed and gracious presence in a high-volume fine dining environment.
Food Runners
- Deliver dishes promptly and accurately while protecting presentation, temperature, and quality.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
- Announce and describe dishes clearly and confidently.
- Understand table and seat numbers and execute precise food delivery.
- Coordinate closely with expo, culinary teams, and Servers to maintain proper pacing and coursing.
Bussers
- Maintain tables throughout the dining experience with discretion and attention to detail.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently according to Bazaar Meat service standards.
- Maintain water service and anticipate guest and Server needs.
- Keep dining rooms, service stations, and aisles polished, clean, and organized.
- Support seamless table turns without compromising the guest experience.
Bartenders
- Execute cocktails and beverages precisely according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide polished, knowledgeable, and engaging bar service.
- Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings.
- Make thoughtful recommendations and confidently guide guests through the beverage program.
- Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and service-ready bar.
Barbacks
- Anticipate the needs of Bartenders and maintain a fully stocked and organized bar throughout service.
- Restock spirits, wine, beer, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations and storage areas.
- Work with urgency and attention to detail during high-volume service.
- Communicate shortages and operational needs proactively.
Bar Prep
- Prepare juices, syrups, garnishes, infusions, and specialty beverage components precisely according to recipe.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all prepared products.
- Follow proper labeling, dating, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain appropriate prep levels to support the beverage program.
- Keep prep areas exceptionally clean and organized.
Polishers
- Clean and polish glassware, flatware, and service pieces to fine dining presentation standards.
- Inspect every item for cleanliness, spots, chips, or damage before it enters the dining room.
- Handle delicate and specialty glassware with care.
- Maintain organized polishing stations and appropriate pars throughout service.
- Ensure the service team consistently has immaculate glassware and flatware available.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking hospitality professionals who combine experience with the right mindset.
- Previous fine dining, luxury hotel, upscale steakhouse, or elevated restaurant experience strongly preferred, particularly for guest-facing positions.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Eagerness to learn and grow, regardless of previous experience.
- Receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous training.
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for elevated service standards.

- Ability to remain composed, polished, and organized during high-volume service.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
