Full Job Description

We're currently searching for an organized, detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our team at Property Management Services of Texas. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. The Data Entry Representative will have a critical role in ensuring our data is correct, up-to-date, and usable to support the efficient functioning of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and sort documents and data sheets for the purpose of data entry
- Establish entry priorities by maintaining understanding of what data needs to be entered first
- Enter customer, account, and job data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
- Ensure data preservation by completing database backups on a regular basis
- Generate reports, maintain procedures and communicate findings to the management team
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education degree preferred
- Proven data entry work experience, with strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in typing with exceptional speed and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to function well as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
