About This Role
Wellness Workdays brings wellness and occupational health programs directly to industrial worksites — construction, manufacturing, and logistics. As our Industrial Account Supervisor, you'll be the closest point of leadership to the credentialed onsite staff who make that happen, including Health Coaches, Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs), EMTs, Paramedics (EMT-Ps), and other wellness professionals.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll directly shape staff engagement and retention, keep service delivery consistent across sites, and help the Industrial Accounts team grow and support new accounts. You'll own day-to-day operational oversight and staff supervision for your assigned accounts, partnering closely with the Industrial Accounts Manager (IAM), who retains overall account ownership, strategic direction, and primary client relationships.
If you thrive in the field, enjoy developing a team, and want your work to have a visible impact on worker health and safety, we'd love to hear from you.

Account Operations & Program Execution

- Oversee accurate, timely collection of program data at assigned sites, including participation, screening, injury-prevention encounters, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure onsite staff follow standardized data-entry protocols, documentation standards, and submission deadlines.
- Audit site-level data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to submission.
