**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Mercedes-Benz service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Listen to their concerns and provide clear explanations of service recommendations and repairs.

- **Service Recommendations:** Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate the need for routine maintenance, repairs, or any additional services required based on technician recommendations and in accordance of Mercedes- Benz service guidelines. Provide accurate estimates and explain the benefits of the recommended services.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain detailed records of service visits, including customer interactions, service recommendations, and repair orders. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

- **Customer Satisfaction:** Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance their overall service experience.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the service technicians, parts department, and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service work.

- **Knowledge and Expertise:** Stay informed about Mercedes-Benz products, services, and industry trends. Continuously enhance your knowledge to provide expert advice and service to our customers.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Proven experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role, preferably with Mercedes-Benz or luxury vehicle experience.

- ** CDK DMS experience is preferred but not required **

- **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, particularly Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Familiarity with dealership service operations and customer service best practices.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly explain technical information to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge.

- **Customer Service:** Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

- **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in managing appointments, service orders, and customer follow-ups.

- **Technical Aptitude:** Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair procedures. Ability to use dealership management software and other relevant systems.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications preferred.
