The Business and Industry Coordinator facilitates employer recruitment of students by identifying, locating, and referring eligible students for placement in appropriate apprenticeship, internship, co-op, and experiential learning opportunities. The Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) program and related workforce partnership initiatives that strengthen collaboration between the institution and business and industry partners. The Business and Industry Coordinator collaborates closely with instructional divisions, Workforce Development personnel, employers, and community stakeholders to support workforce readiness and career-connected learning opportunities.

SALARY: Appropriate placement on Salary Schedule C3 (range: $48,578 - $97,216).

This position will be based initially at Wallace Campus in Dothan, Alabama.
