Locations Available: Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV), New Hampshire (NH), New Mexico (NM), Alabama (AL), Vermont (VT)
- Job Responsibilities: Manage resident clinical plans, execute direct care, distribute medications, oversee CNA shifts, and document under LTC/SNF guidelines.
- Shift Information: All shifts open (Days, Evenings, and Nights layout available depending on the specific facility assignment)
- Contract Length: 7 to 15 Weeks (Highly extendable structural contracts)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week (Overtime starts after 40 hours)
- Standard Base Rates Matrix:
- West Virginia (WV): $40.00/HR (Parkersburg & Pocahontas Facilities)
- Alabama (AL): $40.00/HR (Pell City, Prattville, and surrounding network areas)
- New Mexico (NM): $47.00/HR (Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Belen, Silver City, Gallup, Bloomfield, Clovis, and Rio Rancho)
- Washington (WA), New Hampshire (NH), Vermont (VT): Up to $45.00/HR – $49.00/HR (Exact localized pay details will be customized immediately to the specific regional facility assignment chosen)

- Unit Layout: Floor covering swing bed and acute inpatients.
- Requirements: Must be IV certified. Active AK License, ACLS, and PALS required.
- Shift Layout: 12-Hour Days (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM) or 12-Hour Nights (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM)
- Guaranteed Hours: Min 36 hours/week (Overtime starts after 40 hours)
- Compensation: $56.00/HR Base | $66.00/HR OT & Holiday | Weekly Gross: $2,016.00
- Perks: Fully facility-provided housing within walking distance. Travel arranged by facility if needed. (No pets allowed in housing).

- Unit Layout: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Floor Care.

- Compensation: $56.00/HR Base | $66.00/HR OT, Holiday & Call-Back | Weekly Gross: $2,016.00

- Unit Layout: Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing (SNF) management.
